Led the consolidation and build out of the global headquarters, using the concept to completion service saved the leadership team approximately 2,500 hours over the course of 20 months, allowing them to focus on day-to-day business activities.  Managed an $8 million budget resulting in the relocation of 190 employees into a stand alone building which was transformed from a 43,00 sq. ft. 1970’s multi tenant building into a cutting edge, open concept environment promoting collaboration and transparency.  Conceptualized and led the “refresh” of an existing 28,800 sq. ft. building owned by a $3.5 billion consumer products organization.  Investigated the possible options for renovating this building and proposed several options to the leadership team for approval to provide an improved facility for 200 existing employees.  Managed the $500,000 budget, coordinated the work of all of the contractors and coordinated the movement of employees for the work that was done over the weekends to minimize disruption to the employees and the work.
