CAREER SUMMARY

As SVP Corporate Real Estate for SunTrust Banks, Doug was responsible for planning, managing, and directing Corporate Real Estate activities from large urban trophy properties to retail bank branches.   His responsibilities included strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, consolidations and redeployment of corporate real estate assets.    After leaving SunTrust, Doug worked as a consultant to a Florida Community Bank on a significant real estate sale ($55M) and redevelopment project ($600M) along with other Bank & Trust real estate activities.

Led Atlanta market space reduction and efficiency initiatives saving over $10M annually.
